Pre-Order Instructions

Choose Your Flavours: Choose your favourite flavours and quantities from the selection below. There is a limit of 2 pints per flavour per person to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our small-batch creations. Once you’ve completed your checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. (Be sure to check your junk folder just in case!)
Pick-Up Only: All orders are for pick-up only. The exact pick-up address will be provided at checkout. Please remember to note the location and pick-up time, as we do not offer refunds for missed pick-ups. We recommend taking a screenshot of your confirmation for easy reference.
Pre-Payment Required: Payment must be completed online before pick-up. Payment details and pick-up location will be confirmed at checkout. We only accept online bank transfers - no cash payments. Detailed instructions will be provided during checkout.

Missed Pick-Up? Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for missed pick-ups, so please set a reminder! Unclaimed orders will be shared with another ice cream lover.
Payment Questions? If you’re not sure your payment went through, bring a screenshot of your payment confirmation when you come to pick up your order.
No Confirmation Email? Check your junk/spam folder first. If it’s still missing, email us at hello@rosegardencreamery.com with your name and the email used for your order and we’ll help you out.
Out of Stock? Once something’s marked ‘OUT OF STOCK,’ it’s gone until the next pop-up. So grab your favourites while you can!
